A collaboration between participating community organizations and the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).
Note -Barrie Public Library provides a space for this program, all details are coordinated by the Community Volunteer Income Tax Program (CVITP) volunteers.
A free drop-in tax preparation clinic for eligible individuals. Taxes are prepared by CVITP trained volunteers, the CRA provides coordinators to deliver the program, and offers training and tax software for volunteers.
To book and appointment: call 705-705-735-6723 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Clients should bring all relevant information, T4's and T5's, receipts including rent, property tax bills, etc and last year's return if possible.
Available to seniors, people with disabilities, single parents and others with a modest income who have basic, uncomplicated returns.
