Vocalist/lyricist and recording artist, Marlene Clarke has been singing and creating music since she was a young girl. While heavily influenced by Blues and Rock, Marlene has also sharpened her chops in Country Music and Musical Theatre throughout her 25+ years of experience on stage.
Marlene has had the honor of performing and hosting at great venues with great musicians across Canada and the U.S. and recording and playing with some of Canada's top musical talent.
Marlene’s passion for the arts and music can be heard in her original compositions of which she is becoming well-known for. She released her first CD entitled “Rags To Riches” (indie) in 2011 and it is still being requested and played across North America and Britain. Written and co-written by Marlene, “Rags To Riches” is full of blues and rock grooves, catchy hooks and great harmonies.
