This presentation will provide knowledge about brain changes related to Alzheimer's disease and related dementia, including knowledge on responsive behaviours, possible triggers and strategies.
Dementia affects people in different ways, and as the condition progresses, a person with dementia may experience changes in their behaviour. These changes are often due to challenges understanding the world around them and increased difficulty with communication, which makes it hard for the person to express their needs.
Join a representative from the Alzheimer Society as they lead us into understanding these challenges and changes.
