Bone Health & Osteoporosis

Take control of your bone health with this educational program. Focus will be on Osteoporosis prevention, fall risk reduction, and the importance of bone strength.

This program is a great resource for anyone who may be looking to boost their bone health, stay active and safe, or concerned about osteoporosis and falls.

You will learn practical strategies to maintain strong bones, including specific exercises designed to improve strength, balance, and coordination—key factors in preventing falls and fractures.

Preya Ramdass (PT) is a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT) and has advanced training in manual therapy, dry needling, bone and women's health. She is the owner of Integrative Physiotherapy & Wellness, bringing over 17 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic care. She opened her clinic in Barrie to provide a more focused, patient-centered treatment experience. Preya’s expertise, combined with her hands-on approach, allows her to offer personalized, high-quality care to patients of all ages.

Preya is deeply committed to supporting the Barrie community through outreach initiatives and providing valuable resources to residents. By offering free educational workshops, she strives to empower individuals to take control of their health and well-being. Her passion for helping others extends beyond the clinic, ensuring that Barrie's residents have access to the knowledge and tools they need to live healthier, more active lives.
