Main FloorHere we go! Superheroes of all shapes and capes are returning to the Downtown Library.
Join the Library for a free, family-friendly event that showcases comic and pop culture in Barrie with local vendors, cosplayers, artists and more. In partnership with the City of Barrie Game On! event, re-live the nostalgia of retro video games, go head-to-head in a video game tournament, and much more! Domino’s Pizza Barrie will be on site to sell pizza over lunch.

Downtown Branch
Our Downtown Branch is centrally located in the Downtown core at the corner of Worsley and Owen Streets. The building and facilities are fully accessible. Enjoy a beverage or a small snack from our Café located inside the lobby, use our complimentary wifi, experiment with technology and maker tools, or soak up the sun on our Rooftop Reading Garden.
