Carol Richardson is a global enterprise software executive and entrepreneur with a career defined by an unwavering dedication to customer and partner success—and a belief that the most meaningful outcomes are achieved together.
Building on a strong foundation in enterprise technology, Carol has held executive leadership roles across the full customer lifecycle, including business development, sales enablement, professional services, customer care, and customer success. She has partnered with leading organizations such as Adobe, SAP, and Salesforce, as well as innovative technology start-ups, helping organizations translate customer insight into measurable growth.
Her work bridges strategy and execution—designing customer experience frameworks, leading market and competitive analysis, facilitating insight-driven research, and building high-performing teams aligned around customer-driven growth. Carol is recognized for her ability to build trusted relationships, uncover meaningful insights through active listening, and translate those insights into programs that increase retention, loyalty, and long-term value.
Her sector experience spans enterprise software, financial services, retail, telecommunications, education, and government.
Today, Carol brings this same customer-centric lens to her role as co-founder of Compass Rose Floral Design—an entrepreneurial venture rooted in storytelling, connection, and intentional beauty. Inspired by a lifelong passion for florals, she creates designs that honour life’s most meaningful moments while continuing to draw on her corporate experience to shape thoughtful, human-centered experiences.

Carol holds an Honours BA from York University and has completed extensive executive and post-graduate studies in strategy, operations, finance, evaluation, and customer experience, along with numerous courses in floral design.
