Learn from retired Registered Nurse Jean Bourchard's personal research on Alzheimer's disease.

In this presentation, our presenter, retired Registered Nurse, Jean Bouchard, will discuss her personal research on:

  • The causes of this inflammatory disease
  • The components of brain health and
  • The protocol to enhance cognition.
  • We will also learn that not only does diet play a major role in preventing this disease, but also our environment, exercise and sleep patterns.

There is hope for a better future.
