Join us monthly for a special storytime that incorporates gentle movement coupled with mindfulness!

Start your day with a peaceful moment. Come enjoy stories, rhymes, and songs, with a specific focus on mindfulness activities for kids. May include gentle movements, focus on senses, and affirmations.

Note that this storytime is delivered by Library staff who are not trained yoga or wellness practitioners.
