They're back!
Please join us at Barrie’s Heritage Park to watch the dragons come alive on Kempenfelt Bay! Celebrating its 19th anniversary, Barrie Public Library, along with our presenting sponsor, Tim Hortons, is very excited to welcome back over 20 teams who are paddling together to support future public library locations and local nonprofits! The community will enjoy watching the exciting races, local vendors, and fun activities in the BPL Discovery Area.
