This session will highlight the different types of benefits available under the Canada Pension Plan, CPP and Old Age Security, OAS.

Join Natalie Munroe, a Service Canada Representative, as she helps guide seniors through how to find online forms, access and apply for CPP and OAS on the Service Canada website, and other benefits they may be eligible for. There will also be a Q & A session at the end of the presentation.
Natalie has been an employee of Service Canada for 20 years. She is part of the COLS teams (Community Outreach Liaison Services) and delivers services to vulnerable communities including community partners throughout the Simcoe/Muskoka areas. COLS was introduced to help break down barriers clients may have with regards to applying for certain Service Canada benefits.
