About the presenter:
Sarah Orr-Shaw is a registered nurse that has worked in injury prevention at the health unit for 17 years. She is passionate about older adults and has come to realize that ageism is a real problem and it is negatively impacting health and wellness of the aging population. She is also passionate about mental health and palliative/end of life care. Sarah is a single mom of a teenager in high school and has 2 aging parents. Sarah likes to garden and is learning about plants that are native to North America and how to support our pollinators.
