True Colors uses a metaphor of colors (gold, orange, blue, and green) to identify four distinct perspectives and personalities. The workshop is facilitated in a 3-hour fun and interactive format.

Mary Jo White brings over 20 years of experience as a career counsellor, coach, and facilitator. In these roles, she focuses on individuals? strengths, helps with clarifying and developing a person?s unique personality, and ensures that during your time with her you will learn a great deal about yourself. You will have a greater awareness of your internal resources for better decision-making which will help you cultivate greater resilience when facing uncertainty and change as you move toward more meaningful work in the world.
