Your Tech Coach will help you develop your technical skills so you can access the digital resources you need. We reserve the right to determine if your technology needs can be met by Barrie Public Library staff. If we are not able to help with a specific technology-related question, we may be able to suggest alternative resources in the community.
Please note that Tech Coaches are not able to help with computer or hardware repairs or provide ongoing appointments to be used as tutoring sessions.
