Register for a 30-minute in-person appointment with a Regional Service Network Specialist from AccessOAP.
For appointments related to first-time registration with AccessOAP, families will be required to provide 3 documents as proof of age, residency, and diagnosis during the registration process. Please bring this documentation to your appointment. Please see below for acceptable documentation.
Proof of Age (one of the following):
- birth certificate
- proof of live birth
- valid passport (not expired for more than 5 years)
- valid permanent resident card (not expired for more than 5 years)
Residency Verification (one of the following):
- school report card
- primary caregiver's driver's license or identification card
- piece of mail
Proof of Diagnosis (document must include all of the following):
- child's full name and date of birth
- date of the child's assessment
- a statement confirming the child meets the diagnostic criteria for Autism Spectrum Disorder
- qualified professional's name and credentials

Our Painswick Branch is located in the south end of Barrie, near the corner of Big Bay Point Road and Yonge Street. The building and facilities are fully accessible.
