November 16th is Information and Referral Day in Ontario. Our day to celebrate the work of Community Information and Referral providers throughout Ontario will be November 6th this year. Drop by the downtown branch and visit our in-person Service Partner pop-ups to connect and discover. The following organizations will be available to provide information about their services:
Alzheimer Society of Simcoe County, Barrie Fire Services, Barrie Police Services, Barrie Transit, Canadian Mental Health Association, Canadian Red Cross, CARP, CFS Counselling and Wellbeing, Elizabeth Fry Society Simcoe Muskoka, Gilda's Club, Making Change, Métis Nation of Ontario, Victoria Village, Women and Children's Shelter of Barrie, YMCA SWISS.
Our Downtown Branch is centrally located in the Downtown core at the corner of Worsley and Owen Streets. The building and facilities are fully accessible. Enjoy a beverage or a small snack from our Café located inside the lobby, use our complimentary wifi, experiment with technology and maker tools, or soak up the sun on our Rooftop Reading Garden.
