Participants will also receive a simple star map to follow along as we uncover the secrets of the Winter Hexagon. About the Presenter:
John Wilmot has been fascinated by the stars and constellations since childhood, beginning with learning the constellations in Cub Scouts. His passion deepened twenty years ago when he acquired his first telescope. As a dedicated member of the Barrie Astronomy Club, he actively pursues celestial observations. Last spring, John upgraded to a new telescope, which helped him successfully complete the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada’s Explore the Universe program, further solidifying his dedication to astronomy.
