Rhythm and Motion is an seated exercise class that incorporates music and rhythm. Open to all ages but targeted at adults and seniors.
Empower Simcoe is bringing their amazing Express Yourself program to you! Join us as they incorporate movement and exercise with music. They will guide you to use a variety of tools like ribbons, pom poms, egg shakers, scarfs, pool noodles, drumsticks and other creative props. You will have fun, be active, and express yourself in an inclusive environment all while listening to upbeat songs being lead by Empower Simcoe staff and people supported through Empower Simcoe.

Each year, the City of Barrie is proud to celebrate Culture Days, a Canada-wide celebration designed to catalyze and inspire public participation in arts and culture.
Culture Days programs invite the public to show appreciation for arts and culture in their own communities and nationwide. The Culture Days organization supports a Canada-wide network of arts, culture, and heritage organizers to facilitate free public events in their communities every year.
