Join the MacLaren Centre for a storytelling circle exploring ideas of housing, migration, and what exactly makes a place a home
Hosted by the MacLaren Centre at our downtown location, these are central themes from the forthcoming fall exhibition House for Sale by Innisfil-based artist-duo Dmitry Gretsky and Eugenia Kats. While sharing stories amongst the group, participants will also work together to help make one of the exhibition’s central installations, Black Grass.
Participants will receive a story prompt that will inform the stories that are shared and discussion that follows. This unique activity is an opportunity to meet new people, express yourself, reflect on current local realities, and learn from the experience of others.
