Let Bianca, from Stasis Jiu Jitsu & Yoga, guide you through a series of gentle yoga positions and meditation.
Yoga offers many benefits, from reduced stress to improved strength and flexibility. Chair yoga is a gentle style of yoga you can do from a seated position that also incorporates the breathing and mind-body benefits of a traditional class.
All are welcome, register in advance or simply drop-in during your lunch break.

Our Downtown Branch is centrally located in the Downtown core at the corner of Worsley and Owen Streets. The building and facilities are fully accessible. Enjoy a beverage or a small snack from our Café located inside the lobby, use our complimentary wifi, experiment with technology and maker tools, or soak up the sun on our Rooftop Reading Garden.
