Ann Hui is the national food reporter at The Globe and Mail. Her book, Chop Suey Nation: The Legion Café and Other Stories from Canada’s Chinese Restaurants, was a national bestseller, and won the Taste Canada and ICAP awards for best food writing in 2020.
