About Line Goulet:

I am originally from Quebec and have lived in Ontario for about 30 years. I have been working at the Canada Revenue Agency since 2013; I worked at the call center as a bilingual taxpayer service officer for almost 5 years, answering questions about taxes, benefits and credits.

I have been an Outreach Officer with the PCBMI (Community Volunteer Income Tax Program) since 2018; being a public servant is very rewarding on so many levels. I appreciate the opportunity to help taxpayers and make sure they understand the Canadian tax system; so that they can receive their benefits and credits to which they are entitled.

About Abeer Hussain:

I grew up and currently live in Scarborough, Ontario where I have spent my whole life. However, I love to explore our beautiful province and have travelled all across Ontario.

I work for the Community Volunteer Income Tax Program as a Volunteer and Outreach Officer for the area of Windsor, but have had stints with St. Catharine’s and Toronto East as well.

This program is very rewarding for me, and I volunteer with the CVITP outside of work as I am very passionate about the work we do. I try to find every opportunity to help fellow Canadians understand and receive the benefits that they are entitled to through our tax system.
