About Tammy Tipler-Priolo
Tammy Tipler-Priolo resides in Alliston, Ontario with her husband. She was born and raised in North Bay Ontario, graduated from the University of Guelph with a BASc Honours and received her PLCGS with Distinction from the National Institute for Genealogical Studies.
Tammy has 30+ years’ experience in the genealogical field, volunteering for the local FHC for nine years. She has written and published two Genealogy motivation books called The Ancestor Whisperer & The Ancestor Whisperer Attic Treasures as well as writing over 1000 genealogical articles for various offline and online newspapers. She has also written over 100 biographies of seniors from Northern Ontario, having them published in the Near North Senior.
Tammy is a member of the Association for Professional Genealogists (APG), Ontario Chapter APG-(Past Chair), Ontario Genealogical Society (fulfilling many volunteer positions with them), Genealogical Speakers Guild, and an Ancestry.ca Advisory Board member, Mattawa/ North Bay Algonquin First Nation.
Tammy specializes in Canadian, Ontario, Quebec, Native & French-Canadian research with research also conducted in Great Britain, Ireland, USA, Italy as well as Heir Tracing.
