Ever wondered what it would be like to play a video game without a console? Try our real-life version of popular video games such as Pokemon, Mario, Zelda and Pac-Man. Are you ready? Press Start!
Join us outside (or if it’s raining inside the library) to play a different video game each week, all summer long.
Solve the mystery with Detective Pikachu, don’t get caught by the ghosts in Pac-Man, create and race your own Mario Kart racer, destroy all the Piggies in Angry Birds, design your own Minecraft 8-bit character, unlock a chest for Zelda, zoom past Mario in his racing challenges and finally catch them all with the Pokemon Scavenger Hunt.
There is something for everyone as these games feature mysteries to solve, challenges to complete and spaces to explore. Come out with your friends or bring the whole family along for a friendly competition. Release your inner child, as all ages are welcome. What are you waiting for, hop off the couch and jump into our “virtual” video game world!
