In collaboration with the UHN, University Health Network, please join two clinicians who will be presenting this program in two parts:
Part 1:
- What is arthritis
- Risk factors
- Symptoms
- How to diagnose arthritis
- Treatment options
Part 2:
- First, second and third lines of treatment
- Difference between physical activity and exercise program
- How exercise helps with arthritis
- Self-care tips and strategies
- What is GLA:D program
Short introduction of presenters:
Mitchell Campbell graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2018 and Sachin Pandey has been practicing physiotherapy for the past 15 years in different clinical settings. They are currently practicing at Altum Health here in Barrie.
