Many people in Ontario don’t have the answers to these questions, leaving families at risk of distress and conflict when a healthcare crisis occurs. Advance Care Planning is NOT the same as having a will. In this presentation, facilitated by a representative from Hospice Simcoe, you will learn information about the values, wishes, and beliefs of the person you could be called on to make important healthcare decisions for when they are no longer able to speak for themselves.
