A healthy brain allows a person to realize their full potential throughout their life span. Brain health in turn impacts our ability to complete everyday tasks, from the simplest, to the most complicated. This presentation has been designed to provide you with an overview of how to take care of your personal brain health, as well as common disorders/diseases that may impact your overall brain health. By the end of the presentation, you will have gained awareness of resources that are available to you in your community and online, as well as activities that you could try/do with yourself and/or a loved one, to promote brain health. This presentation is suitable for all members of the community looking to learn more about overall brain health, whether it be for themselves or for a family member, friend or other related person.
